Shipping policy

Where we ship: Print Hammer ships to the United States and internationally.

Processing time: Every item is 3D printed to order. Orders are printed, cured, and packed within 7 business days. Larger armies and terrain sets may take longer; if an order will exceed this, we contact you.

Delivery time: United States — 4 to 6 business days after dispatch. International — 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. The exact cost is shown before you pay.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

Damaged in transit: Any broken pieces are replaced free of charge. Email printhammerhelp@gmail.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery.
